General Information

Quantiation of serum concentration of IgG,IgA and IgM is essential in the diagnosis and management of primary and secondary immunodeficiencies. It is also necessary for monitoring of patients receiving Immunoglubulin replacement therapy.

Charecteristic immunoglobulin changes have been descrbed in association with many other diseases and their determination may be helpful in differential diagnosis and disease monitoring.
