PR3 antibodies can be seen in 90% of Wegeners arteritis and have shown a quantitative relationship with disease activity
This assay will only be performed urgently by prior arrangement please contact the duty immunologist via switchboard.
Reference Range
Negative = <2.0 U/mL
Weak positive =2.0 - 3.0 U/mL
Positive = >3.0 u/mL
A normal result would be negative
