General Information
The Abbott Alinity CMV IgG assay is a chemiluminescent
microparticle immunoassay (CMIA) for the qualitative detection
and semi-quantitative determination of IgG antibodies to
Cytomegalovirus in human serum and plasma.
Patient Preparation
For taking blood samples we recommend that users follow either their local protocols or “The Royal Marsden Manual of Clinical Nursing Procedures”.
