Molecular Bacteriology

Molecular bacteriology is a relatively new, quickly-evolving laboratory. Current tests available are Clostridium difficile Ribotyping, Clostridium difficile PCR, 16s PCR and sequencing and STEC O157 PCR. Please search for these tests in the test database for more information on sample type.
